The debtor voluntarily made a Chapter 11 filing on March 20, 2026, according to court filings shown on PACER. The process is currently underway in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Attorney Frances A. Smith of Offit Kurman, PC, is legally representing the debtor in the case. The filing lists Christopher Clouse as the authorized representative who signed the petition.

RK Consultants reports that, according to the official filing details, Brunch Room Bistro LLC is a small business debtor as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(51D). Plus, the debtor has chosen to proceed under Subchapter V of Chapter 11.

Filing details add that French Quarter Daiquiris, an affiliate of the debtor, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as well.
