With six locations currently in operation, Airi Ramen is a Houston area-based ramen restaurant serving up “authentic and innovative noodle dishes.” And soon, it’ll be serving them up in the Austin area: a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows a new Airi Ramen opening in Manor, at 11910 US-290, Suite 220.

What Now confirmed the news with owner Mingfeng Cai last week.

The menu at Airi’s New Caney location feature ramen choices like Spicy Miso Ramen (Broth: Spicy Miso Pork broth; Toppings: pork chashu, fish cake, kikurage, scallions, seasoned egg, bean sprouts, ground pork, and nori dried seaweed) and Super Yummy Ramen (Broth: chicken broth; Toppings: chicken wontons, spinach, seasoned egg, and scallions).

There’s also a selection of sushi rolls like the Airi Roll (spicy tuna topped with fresh salmon & avocado) and the Sweet 16 Roll (shrimp tempura, avocado & cucumber topped with crab mix eel sauce, Airi sauce & masago).

Details on the Manor menu are not yet available.

According to the filing, the $400,000 construction project is expected to run from June 15 until December 15.
