Smoke & Maple Gastropub, a locally-owned restaurant that offers “rustic refined” dining, is coming to Avenir Palm Beach Gardens.
The restaurant will open its first-ever location at the center (12325 Northlake Blvd., Suite 130) and anticipates a late spring 2026 opening.

Co-founded by Nick Lanier and led by chef Dave Schroeder, this true gastropub experience will offer elevated food and cocktails, local beers, and a comprehensive wine list. The rustic refined” menu will range from freshly shucked oysters on the half shell to burgers and comfort food made with locally sourced ingredients — all at approachable pricing to please the wallet along with the palate. In addition, a generous happy hour will provide additional value to guests.

In a press release, Nick Lanier says that, as a local to the neighborhood, he jumped at the opportunity to open his restaurant at Avenir. “As a Palm Beach Gardens local, I remember watching the Avenir Town Center project take shape years ago, and when the opportunity came up, we knew we wanted to be part of it. We wanted to bring something unique and elevated, but approachable to the area, while paying homage to our roots here in Palm Beach County.”

The restaurant will seat a total of 167 guests and will feature an indoor/outdoor bar with bifold windows, allowing guests to be served seamlessly from either side.
