Early filings made by the debtor show that it currently has around 100 to 199 creditors.

The latest bankruptcy filing of the Coatesville, Pennsylvania-based company appears to be targeted at addressing the claims of its unsecured creditors.

Case filings on RK Consultants state that it submitted a Chapter 11 petition on April 16, 2026. Authorized representative Leonard Pelullo, who is also the company president, signed the petition before the petition was filed.

Case details add that the proceedings are taking place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Albert Anthony Ciardi, III of Ciardi Ciardi & Astin is offering legal representation to the debtor.

Following this, the debtor added a verification of creditor matrix in the court as well.
