A new Melo’s Pizza & Pasta location is in the works at 55 Tamal Vista Blvd in Corte Madera, according to a recently filed liquor license application with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, pointing to what could become the brand’s sixth outpost. WhatNow Media could not confirm an opening date or timeline for the potential location at the time of publication.
Owner Gaetano Piccolo did not respond to requests for comment, and the expansion has not been independently confirmed.
Melo’s Pizza & Pasta currently operates five locations across the East Bay—Pleasant Hill, Brentwood, Livermore, Danville, and Walnut Creek—according to the company’s website.
The family-owned concept offers a menu centered on New York-style pizzas, pastas, salads, and sandwiches, drawing on Italian-American staples that have defined the brand for decades. Founded in 1971 by brothers Carmelo and Gaetano Piccolo, the concept traces its roots to family recipes from Calabria in southern Italy—offerings that would likely anchor the menu at any additional location.
