D’Oro is a new dining concept that is on its way to Cincinnati. The New restaurant will be located at 10275 Summit Parkway, Blue Ash.
The upcoming eatery was revealed in a recent Facebook post by Alfio’s Buon Cibo, teasing an upscale casual Italian concept with an Argentine twist set to open this fall, pending final approval from the City of Blue Ash.
What Now Columbus reached out to the ownership team and got hold of Alfio Gulisano, who confirmed that the restaurant should be open in November.
According to the post, D’Oro comes from the team behind Alfio’s Buon Cibo and Noche restaurateurs. The owners, Alfio, Jennifer, and Michelle, say the new venture is a natural evolution of what they’ve already built.
“This isn’t about expanding just to expand. D’Oro is about giving that momentum the space it deserves, and creating something people can come back to often without it ever feeling routine,” the team shared in the announcement.
The concept is described as a space that sits between a special night out and a familiar go-to spot, where guests can expect a welcoming atmosphere alongside elevated Italian dishes with Argentine influence.
The name “D’Oro,” meaning “gold” in Italian, reflects the team’s vision of something refined, lasting, and familiar. The group also highlighted a connection to pasta, noting that wheat, its key ingredient, carries that same golden quality.
While additional details, including menu specifics and design elements, have yet to be revealed, the restaurant is expected to add a fresh, experience-driven option to Summit Park’s growing lineup of dining destinations.
