Saigon Hustle is embarking on opening its third Houston location. The fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant chain is expected to open in the LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch at 23703 Cinco Ranch Blvd., according to Community Impact.
Development of the new eatery is currently underway. Saigon Hustle in Cinco Ranch is slated to open this Spring.
Two Houston women are behind the growing small food chain. Friends Cassie Ghaffar and Sandy Nguyen launched Saigon Hustle as a ghost kitchen in 2020 before opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant. There are now two Saigon Hustle locations in the Greater Houston region, one in Garden Oaks and another in Spring Branch.
Winning a $1 million investment from Savory Fund in 2022, Nguyen and Ghaffar expanded Saigon Hustle to more than 40 nationwide locations by 2025.
What Now Houston reached out to the co-owners to discuss their success and the upcoming Houston opening. Nguyen confirmed the opening but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“At Saigon Hustle, we’re redefining fast-casual dining with bold Vietnamese flavors, fresh ingredients, and a modern twist on tradition,” the Saigon Hustle website reads.
“From our signature banh mi and vermicelli bowls to comforting pho and creative seasonal specials, every dish is crafted with care and designed to deliver bold, unforgettable flavors. Whether you’re dining in, driving through, or grabbing food on the go, Saigon Hustle is all about bringing convenience and quality.”
Beyond the famous banh mi and pho, Saigon Hustle is also known for its beloved fried egg rolls and pork rice bowls.
Saigon Hustle is anticipated to open in the LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch at 23703 Cinco Ranch Blvd. this spring.
