A Dallas hotel’s recent glow-up has afforded it a unique opportunity: house one of the most exciting new restaurants in the DFW. Lions Den, an original concept from acclaimed chef Michael White, will be opening in the Stoneleigh hotel later this spring, reports Culture Map Dallas.

The eatery will be bringing refinement and delicious cuisine to 2927 Maple Avenue. While a precise opening date is not yet available, DFW diners will be able to stop in for a meal relatively soon; Lions Den aims to be open for breakfast and dinner in early May and will be adding lunch and dinner at a subsequent date.

Lions Den’s menu of “thoughtfully composed dishes” is certain to make the mouths of local foodies water; think sophisticated starters including caviar and beef carpaccio alongside delicious pastas and memorable entrees like grilled branzino and guinea hen cacciatore. Guests may choose to split one of the two sharing dishes-surf & turf or porterhouse two ways. Customers can cap their meals with one of Lions Den’s delectable desserts, including tantalizing offerings like peach melba and tiramisu for the table.
