In October, the commerce and rewards platform Bilt announced that it would be moving its corporate headquarters to the Meatpacking District at 837 Washington St., and now, the headquarters is planning to open two restaurant concepts from iconic French chef Daniel Boulud. In March, Boulud appeared in a Bilt promotional video announcing the platform’s new restaurant rewards program.
According to documents filed with Community Board 2, the new Bilt headquarters will feature both Bilt Café and Bilt Supperclub, two concepts from the legendary French chef. Both concepts will be located on the first floor and will have approachable price points. An opening date has not been announced, and What Now New York has reached out for more information.
According to the filing, the restaurant will feature dishes like chilled corn velouté ($12), traditional salad Nicoise ($27), and roasted leg of lamb with white beans and confit tomato ($32). The cafe menu will offer breakfast and lunch dishes, including overnight oats ($6), a breakfast sandwich ($10), and a signature DB club sandwich ($14).
