Heritage Square, the Palm Bay retail center anchored by Publix Super Market, will soon add a new restaurant serving Thai cuisine and sushi to its food and drink portfolio. According to plan review paperwork submitted by Pha’Ya Thai & Sushi Inc., Pha’Ya Thai & Sushi Restaurant will open at 130 St. Johns Heritage Pkwy NW, Suite 106.

Many of the details on the restaurant are still forthcoming. What Now reached out on Wednesday to co-owner Sam Dyer to ask about plans for the opening of Pha’Ya Thai & Sushi Restaurant in Heritage Square. Dyer was not immediately available for comment.

For the moment, we are still awaiting more details on the menu offerings the new restaurant will have in store, as well as its timeline for opening.

Launching at that 150 St. Johns Heritage Parkway address, Pha’Ya Thai & Sushi will join nearby businesses like McDonald’s, Hair Cuttery Color & Haircuts, and Heritage Square Dental Center.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available!
