A new restaurant called The Roux Kitchen & Cocktails is heading to 537 Edgewood Ave. SE, according to an NPU filing. The restaurant is taking a 5,821-square-foot space at the address that will seat 150 customers, according to filed paperwork.
Menu and design details remain unclear at this time, though it appears the spot will serve a beverage program featuring beer, wine and cocktails. What Now Atlanta has reached out to the team for additional details but did not hear back prior to the time of publication.
A website for The Roux Kitchen is in development with a simple “coming soon” announcement on its landing page.
The planned hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
