Salvage City Supper Club, a one-of-a-kind immersive dining experience, is set to make its return to Insomniac‘s Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas this spring. The annual electronic dance music festival takes place May 15-17 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway at 7000 N Las Vegas Blvd, and Salvage City Supper Club will be dishing out the goods all weekend long.

“Located within the rugged, industrial sanctuary of Nomads Land, the show is a 60-minute sensory odyssey that transports guests into an oasis of abundance beyond the end of civilization,” the press release announcing this year’s edition reads.

“A sampling of performers, including vocalists, dancers, aerialists, and fire performers, set the stage for the postmodern experience.”

This year, the experience will be extra special with Chef Matt Rolnick, a Food Network Chopped champion, at the helm of the kitchen. Rolnick will craft a decadent multi-coursefamily-style tasting menu paired with flowing wine and cocktails throughout the night.

Five Senses Holdings is the company behind the immersive pop-up. In 2020, Five Senses Productions launched Salvage City Supper Club, the company’s flagship dining experience. Combining elevated cuisine, theatrical performance, and circus to create an immersive hospitality adventure.

“Salvage City is more than just dinner and show; it’s an ever-evolving experience set at the edge of the world, and EDC is the perfect setting for that,” Executive Producer and Founder of Five Senses Holdings, Paul Seigenthaler, said in the press release.

“As we celebrate the 6th evolution of Salvage City, we continue to push boundaries around dining and entertainment so that guests can take a detour from reality and escape from the ordinary.”

Seigenthaler and his team have also overseen some of the most prominent food and beverage programs in live entertainment, including the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023, Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee 2024, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, and more.

The menu to be served during EDC weekend at the festival includes dishes such as Black Garlic & Cherry BBQ Pork, Torino-Style Short Rib Ragù & Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Citrus Ponzu Rice Noodles with Pepita Salsa Macha, and more.  Full vegetarian menus are also available.

Beyond the food and experience is a chance to buy into the experience.

Salvage City has partnered with New West KnifeWorks to introduce a custom line of chef’s knives featuring custom colored handles. All merchandise is available for purchase online and onsite during the festival.

The winner of Amazon Prime’s Making The Cut, Jonny Cota, is behind the costume design. Specially designed costumes and wearables from the wardrobe designer not only bring the world of Salvage City to life on stage, but also live beyond the performance through a limited edition wearables collection.

Tickets for the unique EDC Las Vegas dining experience are dwindling, but you still have time to grab yours! For more information or to book reservations, visit www.salvagecitysupperclub.com.
