Kueva is one of the newest and unique dining experiences to hit the Valley soon. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Kueva is expected to operate out of the 4D Commissary in the Post & McLeod Industrial Park at 6250 McLeod Dr.
The ghost kitchen dining option offers an “exclusive, modern dining experience” to its members. Those who have a subscription can order food and pick up for any special occasion in just a few days after ordering.
“Rooted in the heart of Las Vegas, our brand was born from a simple idea — to bring world-class ingredients and unforgettable chef experiences,” the Kueva website reads.
“Behind this experience is a team of chefs, farmers, and food lovers dedicated to sourcing the finest cuts of meat, rare ingredients, and seasonal produce — allowing the menu to change with seasonality and availability of products, all hand-selected as the chef prepares beautiful dishes bringing you closer to nature and culture to enjoy with love. What makes us different? Every dish tells a story.”
At the helm of the exciting new addition to Las Vegas’ culinary scene is Kevin Herrera, who was also listed on the permit. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Herrera, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
As of now, the Kueva website lists out an upscale pastry menu including almond berry tart, matcha cookies, and more. No word just yet on what else will be offered. But we’re sure more about this new Valley food option will come to light as we inch closer to opening.
Kueva is anticipated to operate out of the 4D Commissary in the Post & McLeod Industrial Park at 6250 McLeod Dr and start serving the Valley sometime this year.
