According to public filings, Hammer & Nails, the luxury men’s grooming concept, is planning to expand its Dallas-Fort Worth footprint with a new location in Addison.
The new location would be located at 5290 Belt Line Road, Suite 108, in Addison. The roughly 3,000-square-foot space is slated to undergo renovations beginning in July, with work expected to wrap by the end of January 2027.
What Now Dallas reached out to Hammer & Nails representatives for comment and to confirm an opening timeline but did not receive a response by press time.
The move is part of a broader expansion push by Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys across Texas, according to The Business Press. Area developer Frank Muller has previously stated that the company plans to continue opening new locations to meet growing demand for premium men’s grooming experiences throughout the state. The brand has also outlined plans to reach up to 60 locations across Texas, targeting major metros including Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
The brand already operates multiple locations across Texas, including Cypress, El Paso, Frisco, San Antonio, and Mansfield, and recently filed plans for its first Austin location at Market at Parmer Lane.
The Belt Line Road corridor in Addison sits within one of the area’s most active commercial corridors, placing the potential grooming lounge near a dense mix of dining, retail, and service businesses that draw traffic from across the northern Dallas suburbs.
