A new Rothy’s store is headed to Cherry Creek Shopping Center, bringing the popular footwear and accessories brand to Denver.
The retailer is expected to open in 2027 at the shopping center, located at 3000 E. First Avenue.
The opening comes as Cherry Creek Shopping Center is undergoing a major redevelopment. Earlier this year, owner Simon Property Group announced a $250 million investment to renovate Cherry Creek, along with The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville and International Plaza in Tampa.
Founded in 2012 by Stephen Hawthornthwaite and Roth Martin, Rothy’s is known for its machine-washable footwear, handbags and accessories made using recycled materials. The brand has expanded from an online retailer into brick-and-mortar locations across the US.
Customers can expect a selection of women’s and men’s shoes, handbags and accessories, with many of the brand’s signature products made from recycled plastic bottles and other sustainable materials.
