7 Brew Coffee, one of the fastest-growing drive-thru coffee chains in the country, plans to open a new Hutto location. According to public filings,  the brand will open at 130 Chris Kelley Blvd., with a completion date targeted for September 2026. The location would mark 7 Brew’s entry into Hutto’s booming commercial corridor, joining a wave of new businesses opening across the city.

The coffee concept’s offer spans espresso drinks, cold brew, energy drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies, chai, matcha, and seasonal specials, with over 20,000 possible flavor combinations. What Now Austin reached out to representatives of Texas Coffee Operations, the franchisee managing 7 Brew locations in the Austin market including Hutto, but did not receive a response prior to publication.

Founded in Rogers, Arkansas in 2017, 7 Brew has expanded by more than 4,000 percent since 2022, growing from 14 locations to over 700 stands across 38 states, with Texas leading all markets, according to QSR Magazine. The concept is built around speed, friendliness, and customization, staffed by baristas known as Brewistas who come directly to the customer’s car window.

The Hutto location would add to 7 Brew’s dense presence in the Austin metro’s northern suburbs. What Now has previously covered the brand’s Texas expansion, including a new location in Huntsville
