Detroit Corned Beef is expanding. The beloved Las Vegas Valley food truck is planning to open its first brick-and-mortar location this year. According to a Clark County permit, the new Detroit Corned Beef storefront is expected to open in the Southeast Las Vegas / Paradise area within the Bernardo Springs retail center at 1725 E Warm Springs Rd, Ste 5.

Detroit Corned Beef owner Micah Wilson, aka Fish, told What Now Las Vegas that the plan is to debut the new Detroit Corned Beef eatery this fall. Unfortunately, Fish was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

“Detroiters have a long-standing appreciation for delis, especially institutions like Lou’s DeliZingerman’s (nearby in Ann Arbor), and Ernie’s Market, which serve corned beef sandwiches that people rave about for their authentic flavors,” the Detroit Corned Beef website reads.

“Whether enjoyed as a Reuben, a plain corned beef sandwich, or stacked with custom toppings, Detroit’s take on this classic deli favorite is a culinary experience everyone should try. It’s more than just a sandwich—it’s a piece of Detroit’s heart and soul!”

Detroit has a decades-long history of iconic Jewish delis and stacked corned beef culture. The owners of Detroit Corned Beef, led by an entrepreneur known locally as Fish, wanted to bring that exact heritage to a brand-new audience.

The business debuted as a food truck in February 2025. It quickly went viral on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram for its massive, premium meat stacks.

“Detroit delis and restaurants often use premium corned beef that is cured and cooked to perfection. The meat is tender, flavorful, and sliced thinly or piled high for maximum satisfaction,” the brand’s website reads.

“Detroit-style corned beef sandwiches are unapologetically big. They don’t skimp on the fillings, making them both a meal and a challenge to finish! Rye bread is the go-to choice, with its slightly tangy flavor and robust structure. It perfectly balances the richness of the corned beef while holding up to all the juices.”

Try it out for yourself when the new Detroit Corned Beef shop debuts in the Southeast Las Vegas / Paradise area within the Bernardo Springs retail center at 1725 E Warm Springs Rd, Ste 5, this fall.
