Elevate Coffee is expanding its presence in Middle Tennessee with a new downtown Nashville location planned for 1221 Broadway, Suite 103, according to a recently issued commercial building permit. Plans submitted with the permit show the work will be limited to the interior of the space, with no changes proposed to the building’s exterior, roofline, or footprint.
Founded by Chloey and Ryan Wilson, Elevate Coffee launched after the couple relocated from Seattle to Hermitage with a vision of bringing Pacific Northwest-style coffee culture to the Nashville area. According to the company’s website, the locally owned brand focuses on serving handcrafted coffee while creating a welcoming environment built on consistency, hospitality, and community. The company’s mission is to help guests “Live On Top” through every customer interaction.
Since opening its flagship drive-thru café in Hermitage, Elevate Coffee has expanded to additional locations in Donelson and Lebanon. According to the company’s website, the menu includes espresso beverages, cold brews, signature lattes, teas, energy drinks and breakfast items.
Permit documents list RJ Builders LLC as the project’s contractor. An opening timeline for the Broadway location has not yet been announced.
What Now Nashville reached out to owner Chloey Wilson for additional details regarding the expansion but had not received a response by the time of publication.
