Silver State Building Systems, LLC has officially filed for Chapter 11 proceedings. The specialty construction company from Las Vegas has been offering a range of solutions for nearly eight years.

A Chapter 11 filing suggests that the Las Vegas company aims to readjust its finances. Operations could continue as normal under the guidance of the court.

Silver State Building Systems, LLC Enters Bankruptcy

The company filed its Chapter 11 petition on July 24, 2026. Case records on PACER classify Silver State Building Systems, LLC as a small business debtor. In addition, it has decided to move ahead using Subchapter V proceedings.

Such types of filings are generally used by small businesses to manage their bankruptcy-related requirements in a faster and more cost-effective manner.

Attorney Matthew C. Zirzow of Larson and Zirzow, LLC is representing the company in the case.

About the Company

Silver State Building Systems LLC operates as a specialty construction contractor. Its offerings include framing, insulation, drywall, taping, exterior insulation, stucco, and finish systems (EIFS). The company also offers painting, wallcovering, demolition, and scaffolding services.

Founded in 2018, the company even provides construction estimating, project support, and exterior finishing services.

The company website shows that it is a non-union, bonded company that has been pre-approved for projects with bonding capacities of up to $25 million. It serves commercial developments and residential construction projects.

Highlights from the Petition

Court records show that Silver State Building Systems LLC authorized its filing through a unanimous written consent of its sole manager and member. The resolution appointed owner Rocky Angotti as the authorized representative, allowing him to execute and file all bankruptcy-related documents.

The records further included a list of the largest unsecured creditors. Mulligan Funding, LLC holds the largest listed unsecured claim at approximately $2.01 million, which the company disputes. Others include American Express, ADP, Mobile Force Refuel, and Silver State Framing Systems, LLC.
