Simply Solar LLC has officially commenced bankruptcy proceedings. The company has provided solar installation and battery storage services since 2013.

Case records show that the company currently faces a wide gap between its assets and liabilities. It also has obligations toward several unsecured creditors. The company expects operations to continue during the court-supervised restructuring process.

Simply Solar LLC Seeks Chapter 11 Protection

Case records, as available on the PACER database, show that the company submitted its petition on July 24, 2026. Authorized representative Anita Bradbury signed the petition.

The filing identifies Simply Solar LLC as a small business debtor proceeding under Subchapter V of Chapter 11. Such provision is designed for small businesses to manage their bankruptcy requirements in a faster way and at a lower cost.
