West Seattle Natural Energy, LLC Files for Chapter 11

The company filed for Chapter 11 protection on April 20, 2026, when it made a voluntary filing in the Western District of Washington bankruptcy court.

Case filings currently available on RK Consultants state that, upon qualifying as a small business debtor, the company has chosen to proceed under Subchapter V of Chapter 11. Subchapter V allows for a faster and more cost-efficient restructuring process than traditional Chapter 11 cases.

Filings Made So Far

Several key documents have already been submitted since the Chapter 11 filing. One of these is the list of creditors with the 20 largest unsecured claims who are not insiders. Capital One Bank USA, Cypress Base, and Home Depot Credit Services are among these creditors.
