Island Deli and Smoothie Bar is working on an expansion. According to a Clark County permit, Island Deli and Smoothie Bar is expected to open in the Spring Valley neighborhood and the Southwest Las Vegas submarket within the Montage Shopping Center at 4555 S Fort Apache Rd, Ste 144.
Behind the opening is a local family that includes Dewayne Rose, Gina, and Rodel. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Rose, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, the co-owner was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“From the islands to the desert. Providing fresh, healthy, delicious gourmet food,” the Island Deli and Smoothie Bar website reads.
“Specialized in our savory sandwiches and unique smoothies! Available for online order!”
Island Deli and Smoothie Bar was established in December 2022. Located at 1014 E Charleston Blvd Ste 1014 in the Huntridge/Arts District area, the restaurant was created right after the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The owners launched the business with a dream to bring the local community back together over fresh, healthy, and flavorful food.
And the brand offers an extensive menu with all of these offerings. The menu includes a host of sandwiches, sliders, salads, smoothie bowls, and desserts. The extensive beverage offerings include juice blends, smoothies, boba, and coffee.
The eatery is also known to have specials and events, including celebrating National Chicken Wing Day with discounted prices.
