Pinchy’s Lobster & Raw Bar is headed to 508 High Street, bringing its New England-inspired seafood concept to downtown Maryville, according to an Instagram post by local content creator Cooper Denton. Pinchy’s Lobster & Raw Bar’s owner, Nick DiBartolomeo, confirmed the location to WhatNow Nashville, adding that the restaurant is currently targeting a mid–September opening.
The Maryville restaurant will become Pinchy’s third location, joining existing restaurants in Sevierville, Tennessee, and Boerne, Texas. According to the company’s website, the new restaurant will feature more than 200 indoor and outdoor seats, along with an 8,000-square-foot outdoor gathering space adjacent to sister concept The Walnut Kitchen. The venue is also expected to host live music and community events.
The company’s website also states that the chef-driven menu is rooted in New England cuisine while incorporating flavors from around the world. Guests can expect lobster rolls, raw oysters, sushi, crab legs, shrimp, sandwiches and craft cocktails. The company says all sauces, soups and desserts are made in-house. At the same time, seafood is sourced from suppliers across North America, including cold-water oysters delivered daily and Alaskan crab legs. Executive Chef Rick Kyker leads the culinary program.
Once the doors open, Pinchy’s Lobster & Raw Bar will give downtown Maryville a fresh addition to its restaurant scene, pairing New England-inspired seafood with live entertainment and a spacious gathering place designed to become a destination for both locals and visitors.
