As brands like Buc-ee’s, Casey’s, and others grow around the country, the combination of gas station, convenience store, and fast food restaurant seems more and more like a magic formula. And as it continues to expand its footprint in the South, the Savannah-based Parker’s Kitchen is doing its part to prove that, well, it is!

Now, the brand is working on another new location near the upcoming Lexington retail center Victory Village, next to the Sonic Drive-In near Lexington High School, says coverage by The State.

“A major retail transformation is underway along Augusta Highway in Lexington County, with a new Target-anchored shopping center and several other businesses reshaping the corridor near Lexington High School,” says the coverage by The State. “The area is drawing national chains and local favorites alike as the county’s population continues to climb.”

Joining the Victory Village shopping center, Parker’s Kitchen will be part of a restaurant and retail community anchored by Target and Academy Sports + Outdoor, along with planned restaurants like Dave’s Hot Chicken and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

As always, the new Parker’s Kitchen location will feature “award-winning, Southern-inspired food made from scratch daily, including a hot breakfast bar, hand-breaded, never-frozen Southern Fried Chicken Tenders and daily specials.”
