Bisou Memoire, a family-owned brand offering perfumes, bath and body products, skincare, fashion, and accessories, plans to open a brick-and-mortar location at Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, according to the mall’s website.

What Now Dallas reached out to Leonard Ivic, managing member of Ivic Enterprises, the Texas-based company behind Bisou Memoire, and CEO of Bisou Memoire in Florida, to inquire about the opening timeline but did not receive a response prior to publication.

The brand’s fragrance lineup includes vegan and oil-based scents, alongside a broader lifestyle collection spanning bath and body products, skincare, fashion, and accessories, including wallets, gift cards, and laptop bags.

Bisou Memoire markets itself around themes of heritage, sustainability, and self-care, positioning its products as an extension of the founders’ family story rather than a conventional retail concept.

The Hulen Mall location would mark a physical retail presence for a brand that has primarily operated online and through direct sales and subscription offerings.

The company traces its roots to a family history in Bosnia and Herzegovina dating back to 1934, when the founders’ ancestors cultivated and sold fruits, vegetables, and essential oils.
