Riverline Coffee has opened in Smyrna’s Cumberland District. The family-owned coffee shop was designed as a neighborhood gathering place for local residents and visitors. The shop is set to celebrate its grand opening with a range of events and rewards.
Riverline Coffee Opens in Smyrna
Located at 2778 Cumberland Blvd. SE, Riverline Coffee is within walking distance of The Battery Atlanta. It is owned by residents Nick and Erica Zinkie.
The family-owned shop serves specialty coffee made with beans from East Pole Coffee. It also serves baked goods from Bernhard’s German Bakery. The menu includes espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, matcha, and seasonal beverages.
The owners said they created Riverline Coffee as a welcoming neighborhood gathering place for both coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors. The shop’s name pays tribute to the historic Riverline community, which has ties to the Zinkie family.
In addition to its beverage program, Riverline Coffee plans to host community events. It also offers a customer rewards program called Bevy. Members earn “pebbles” with each purchase that can be redeemed for free drinks, food, and merchandise.

Grand Opening Details
Riverline Coffee will hold its official grand opening on Saturday, August 8. The celebrations will begin with a ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m., followed by a Discover Drink Tasting event. It will include samples of the shop’s signature and seasonal drinks.
At noon, DJ Hofsauce will elevate the excitement with live music. The opening celebrations will also include Riverline merchandise giveaways. Customers will also have a chance to win 1,000 reward points (valued at $100) during the event. The shop is now open and serving customers in Smyrna’s Cumberland District.
