PXV Multifamily has bought a 216-unit apartment community in southwest Atlanta. The property will be renamed and undergo improvements. This is the company’s first acquisition since its launch.
PXV Multifamily Has Acquired Village on the Green
PXV Multifamily has announced its acquisition of Village on the Green. The apartment community located at 2975 Continental Colony Parkway SW. PXV completed the acquisition in partnership with Pamera North America, marking the company’s first purchase since its launch.
The 216-unit apartment community was acquired for $29.5 million. The gated community was built in 2004 and sits on 16 acres. It offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes.
The property will be renamed The Grove at Ben Hill. The acquisition expected to be the first of several multifamily purchases PXV plans to make in 2026.
“Closing our first acquisition is a major milestone for PXV and validates the investment thesis on which we launched the company just six months ago,” said Matt Ferrari, founder and CEO of PXV Multifamily. “The Grove at Ben Hill is exactly the type of opportunity we’re seeking: a fundamentally sound property in a high-growth market where operational execution can create substantial value.”
Company officials said the property appealed to PXV because it was purchased below replacement cost. Officials also cited the property’s location in a market where apartment demand continues to outpace new supply.
Plans to Improve the Property
The amenities currently offered at The Grove at Ben Hill include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, picnic area, and playground. PXV plans to repair deferred maintenance, install washers and dryers in every unit, and renovate apartments that remain in their original condition.
The company also aims to increase community occupancy and to improve operations while keeping rents below those of newly built apartment communities in the area.
PXV Multifamily has launched its investment strategy and plans to continue expanding with the acquisition of The Grove at Ben Hill.
