Sodam Korean Kitchen is preparing to open at 123 E. Bay Drive NE in Olympia, according to a new liquor license application filed on August 5.

The document also includes restaurant alcohol service and takeout/delivery, and lists Joanne Kim, Kwang Bok Lee, and Kyung Yum as applicants.

The address was previously home to Fuji Japanese Restaurant. The Olympian reported in May that the space was under renovation. A sign has since been placed outside the property announcing Sodam Korean Kitchen as coming soon, with the tagline “Authentic flavors. Warm memories.”

A menu, opening timeline, and other details about Sodam have not yet been announced.

What Now Seattle reached out to Sodam Korean Kitchen for more information and will update this article as additional details become available.
