Sky Zone is planning a new indoor trampoline park at 8700 La Riviera Dr inside the Glenbrook Shopping Center in Sacramento. The space, owned by Ethan Conrad Properties, spans roughly 34,900 square feet, previously home to a Big Lots store before it closed.
The entertainment retail center operates indoor trampoline parks across the country, typically featuring wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball courts, ropes courses, and other attractions aimed at kids, teens, and adults. The chain has continued expanding nationally, including a separate new location recently confirmed for the former Nordstrom building at Clackamas Town Center in Oregon.
Glenbrook Shopping Center sits along La Riviera Drive in the La Riviera neighborhood, a residential area between the American River and Highway 50, just southeast of downtown Sacramento. The center already includes a mix of tenants like Dutch Bros Coffee, Taqueria Ay Jalisco, Diamond Nails, and a handful of independent local shops, with Sky Zone set to become by far its largest occupant once it moves in.
The large, divisible anchor space at Glenbrook had been actively marketed for lease before Sky Zone’s plans emerged. According to the Sacramento Business Journal, leasing materials described the center as serving a College Greens area with limited nearby retail options and a strong daytime population paired with steady evening and weekend traffic.
