According to the filing, the project will involve a 1,225-square-foot build-out for a children’s hair salon. The renovation carries an estimated construction cost of $125,000 and is privately funded by the tenant.
Construction is scheduled to begin October 2, 2026, with completion targeted for February 1, 2027.
