Slice House by Tony Gemignani is preparing to open in Fremont at 43456 Boscell Road, according to Mercury News. The restaurant is planned for the Pacific Commons shopping center, taking over a space previously occupied by Dog Haus.

Slice House was founded by Tony Gemignani, a pizza chef and restaurateur known for his competition record and pizza businesses. The Fremont restaurant will bring his Slice House concept to the East Bay, adding another location to the brand’s existing California operations.

According to the company’s website, Slice House serves several styles of pizza, including New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas. Customers can order individual slices or whole pies, with the menu organized around different pizza styles and toppings.

The menu extends beyond pizza. Slice House also offers salads, wings, sandwiches, and pasta dishes, along with vegetarian options. The company describes its restaurants as serving pizza by the slice and whole pies while offering other Italian-American menu items.

Slice House has expanded beyond its original San Francisco roots with locations in several California markets. The company’s website currently lists restaurants in the Bay Area and other parts of the state, with menus varying by location.
