Arhaus, a furniture chain that markets itself around sustainably sourced pieces, is planning to fill 15,349 square feet inside Westfield Galleria at Roseville, according to city records. Records list the address as 1173 Galleria Blvd, Suite P107, the site of a former Forever 21 store that closed in 2024. Arhaus would occupy a portion of that space, which spans 32,790 square feet in total.

Founded in Ohio in 1986, Arhaus partners with artisans around the world to produce what it calls heirloom-quality furniture and decor. This would be the first location in Sacramento for the chain, adding a new name to the region’s furniture retail scene.

According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the planned store sits inside a section of the Galleria that’s been targeted for a broader renovation, with plans recently filed to overhaul the promenade’s exterior retail space, vendor areas and outdoor eating spaces under a project the city filing calls “The Trails at Galleria.” The Galleria remains the Sacramento-area’s largest shopping center, and Arhaus’s arrival would mark another sign of the promenade’s shift toward higher end, design focused retail.

Arhaus has continued expanding steadily across the country in recent years, betting on a showroom style format that leans on artisan crafted pieces rather than mass produced furniture, a strategy that’s helped the brand carve out a distinct identity in an increasingly crowded home goods market.
