A highly anticipated bagel shop is set to roll into Haddonfield this fall after facing delays.

Penny’s Bagels, from Chris Fetfatzes and Happy Monday Hospitality Group, will open at 212 Kings Hwy.

“We can’t wait to share our love of Bagels with all of our Haddonfield friends!” the shop shared on Instagram.

While details remain limited, Penny’s Bagel’s social media page indicates the shop will offer homemade bagels, obviously, with flavors including plain, everything and poppy, along with schmears under the tagline, “Be a dear, add a schmear.”

The color palette for Penny’s Bagels combines warm tones with green and cream, creating a natural and inviting feel.

The shop will join Happy Monday Hospitality’s portfolio, which includes WineDive, a wine-focused bar with a retro feel; Grace & Proper, a vintage-style corner bar serving beer, wine and Southern European fare; and Sonny’s, a neighborhood cocktail bar.

An official opening date has not yet been announced, however The Philadelphia Inquirer reported the shop is targeting an October debut.
