Medford is about to get hooked on a new raw bar.

Nick & Nora’s Oyster Dive, owned by Michael and Jeniphur Pasquarello, will open at 560 Stokes Rd. in Iron Stone Village, taking over the former PB Blossom Cookies space, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The restaurant will serve classic American oyster bar fare along with shareable plates, steak frites, fish, burgers and vegetable dishes.

The Pasquarellos own and operate 13th Street Kitchens, a family-owned hospitality group they founded in 2003.

The family opened its first restaurant, Cafe Lift, in Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood. More than 20 years later, the Pasquarellos have grown the group to include a second Cafe Lift in Haddonfield, New Jersey, along with Prohibition Taproom, Chinesca and Piccolina.

An official opening date for Nick & Nora’s Oyster Dive has not yet been announced. However, the outlet reported the team is targeting an opening within the next 60 to 90 days.

Whatnow Philadelphia reached out to the team. This article may be updated.
