A new restaurant planned for Apopka aims to be the place “Where Tradition Meets Flavor In The Heart Of Orlando.” It’s called Curry Mantra Indian Cuisine, and according to submitted plan review document, it’s working to open at 60 E Main Street.
The Curry Mantra website says the restaurant is “on a mission to bring the true essence of India to every plate. Our restaurant blends tradition with modern hospitality, offering an inviting space for family and friends. Every detail reflects our love for Indian culture. Join us and experience a story of passion and flavor.”
The menu, already live on the website, reveals favorites like Paneer Tikka, Butter Chicken, Vegetable Biryani, Baigan Bharta, and more.
“We are dedicated to bringing you the real taste of India with recipes rooted in tradition and crafted with the finest ingredients,” the site says. “From rich, aromatic curries to freshly prepared dishes bursting with spices, every bite reflects the essence of Indian culture. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or exploring something new, Curry Mantra promises a flavorful journey.”
Opening in the Main Street location, Curry Mantra would join restaurants like Domino’s Pizza, Hall’s On 5th, and Propagate Social House. The official site does not confirm the address where Curry Mantra will open.
