Doylestown is set to welcome a new upscale yet approachable dining spot later this year.
Tusk, owned by Michael and Joy Grafenstine, will open at 50 N. Main St. The duo also owns Bonnet Lane Family Restaurant in Abington and Roberts Block in Glenside.
“We are crafting an experience where upscale American cuisine blends right into the community, perfect for a romantic night out, gathering with friends or a spontaneous evening spent at the bar,” the website reads.
Tusk will serve elevated American cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients and “sophisticated twists on classic comfort.” The menu also will include gluten-free and vegetarian options.
To complement the food, Tusk will offer handcrafted cocktails, an extensive martini list and a curated selection of small-batch bourbons.
Happy hour will kick off the evening with drinks, appetizers and shareable small plates.
An official opening date has not yet been announced. Once open, reservations will be encouraged for the dining room, while the bar and high-top seating will be available for walk-ins.
“Tusk is designed to be your home away from home. We can’t wait to welcome you to the table,” the website reads.
