A luxury fitness concept is coming to Arlington. According to public filings, Club Studio Fitness plans to open at 5331 W. Sublett Road. The location is currently listed as “coming soon” on its website.

Club Studio is a cutting-edge fitness experience that brings boutique studio classes, high-end amenities, and wellness services together under one roof, combining the community feel of a boutique studio with the scale of a full-service gym. The concept typically features strength and cardio equipment, group fitness studios, cycling, yoga, a turf functional training area, and recovery spaces.

The Arlington project is operated by Fitness International, the same parent company behind LA Fitness. The location, previously operating as an LA Fitness, is being transformed into a Club Studio, with a completion date targeted for November 2026, according to public filings.

The project is part of a broader Texas rollout. Club Studio currently lists a presale for a second Dallas location at 7215 Skillman Street in the Lake Highlands neighborhood, as well as upcoming locations in Austin and Coppell.

What Now Austin has previously covered Club Studio’s push into the Austin market, including a new ground-up build on Parmer Lane in Northeast Austin and a South Austin conversion on W. Slaughter Lane, both mirroring the same conversion-and-expansion strategy now arriving in North Texas.
