A new experiential hat and leather goods concept is coming to Fort Worth’s historic North Main Street corridor. According to public filings, Wild Knox Hat Bar plans to open at 1364 North Main St.
What Now Dallas reached out to Wild Knox representatives, who confirmed an opening is targeted for early 2027, between February and March, pending construction timelines.
Wild Knox Hat Bar is built around the custom creation experience: guests can design and build their own hats and leather items in-store, turning a purchase into a memory. The concept also offers custom leather goods and other Western-inspired items. The new location plans to take that experience a step further.
“We are going to have a speakeasy bar that opens up into our retail storefront,” representatives told What Now Dallas. “We don’t want it to be just retail. We really want it to be experiential for our guests.”
The location sits a couple of blocks from the Fort Worth Stockyards. “We figured the best would be to go near the Stockyards, but not have to go completely in, and deal with all that traffic. We’re located in a happy medium,” Wild Knox representatives said.
The bar space will also be available for private rentals, custom hat parties, group events, and out-of-town visitors looking for a one-of-a-kind Fort Worth experience.
“You create your hat, your leather item, grab a drink with a friend, or if you just want to come in and grab a drink while we’re open, we can do that as well.”
