Take 5 Oil Change, one of the fastest-growing drive-thru oil change chains in the country, is coming to Azle. According to public filings, the brand plans to open at 833 Boyd Road, with construction completion targeted for July 2027. Dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.
Founded in 1984 in New Orleans, Take 5 Oil Change has built its reputation around a simple but compelling promise: a stay-in-your-car oil change completed in about 10 minutes, with no appointment needed. Customers drive in, stay in their vehicle, and are served by technicians who handle the full service from underneath, no waiting room, no paperwork, no hassle.
The brand also offers a range of additional services, including air filter replacement, wiper blade installation, and cabin air filter changes, all completed during the same visit.
The retailer is now owned by Driven Brands and has grown to more than 1,200 locations across the United States. What Now Dallas reached out to Driven Brands representatives to inquire about the opening timeline, but did not receive an answer prior to press time.
Texas has become one of the brand’s most active expansion markets, with new locations opening steadily across the state’s major metros and fast-growing suburban communities.
