Pinecrest Bakery is preparing to open a new location at 9929 S. Military Trail, Boynton Beach, expanding the Cuban-American bakery concept farther north in Palm Beach County. The company’s website currently lists the Boynton Beach location among its upcoming stores.
The Boynton Beach location is expected to continue Pinecrest Bakery’s established format, combining bakery items, Cuban-American food, and coffee with dine-in and grab-and-go service. Public records identify the planned store as a roughly 3,000-square-foot location with approximately 20 to 30 indoor seats.
Pinecrest Bakery has grown across South Florida through a combination of corporate and franchised locations. The menu is centered on Cuban-American bakery and café staples. Customers can expect items including pastelitos, croquetas, Cuban sandwiches and café con leche, along with a selection of pastries, cakes and other baked goods. The brand’s menu also includes a wide selection of sandwiches.
The company is known for operating around the clock at many of its locations, and previous reports have described the Boynton Beach restaurant as planned for 24-hour service. However, the current public information reviewed does not establish a final opening date for the new store.
The Boynton Beach store is planned for a property previously occupied by Boston Market. Pinecrest Bakery’s website lists the location as one of several new stores currently in development, alongside upcoming locations in Miami Springs, Miami Lakes and Miami.
