Go Greek Yogurt is preparing to open a new location at 611 Spectrum Center Drive in Irvine, according to the Irvine Spectrum Center directory, which currently lists the concept as coming soon. The opening will bring the Greek yogurt brand to the Irvine Spectrum Center following its Orange County debut in Newport Beach.
The Irvine location is part of the brand’s franchise expansion. Eduardo Licona is the franchisee behind the Orange County expansion. He previously opened Go Greek Yogurt’s Newport Beach location at 191 Riverside Ave.
Go Greek Yogurt was founded in Beverly Hills and focuses on Greek yogurt made with traditional recipes and fresh ingredients. The concept combines yogurt with fruit, toppings, and other Mediterranean-inspired flavors.
Menu offerings include Greek yogurt bowls, fruit toppings, and sweet combinations built around the brand’s yogurt. The concept also emphasizes artisanal preparation and the Mediterranean tradition behind Greek yogurt.
The Newport Beach franchise was described as a 1,200-square-foot shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The Irvine Spectrum Center location will be part of the shopping center’s growing food and beverage lineup.
Go Greek Yogurt’s expansion follows the company’s broader growth in California and internationally. The brand has previously opened locations in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Studio City, while also expanding internationally.
The Irvine Spectrum Center directory currently identifies Go Greek Yogurt as coming soon but does not list a confirmed opening date for the location. Additional details about the Irvine store’s specific design, seating and opening schedule have not yet been publicly announced.
