28 Liberty in Lower Manhattan has added several new retail and entertainment offerings. The property has expanded Court 16 and added new Starbucks and Madman Espresso locations. The new openings add to other recent additions at 28 Liberty.
28 Liberty Adds New Retail and Expands Offerings in Lower Manhattan
28 Liberty adds several new retail developments at its 200,000-square-foot retail destination in Lower Manhattan. The new updates include the expansion of Court 16 and the opening of new Starbucks and Madman Espresso locations.
Those additions join other recent tenants at 28 Liberty, including Socceroof and Halo. The former is a 20,000-square-foot indoor soccer facility, while the latter is a 24,000-square-foot event venue that can accommodate up to 750 guests.
Other businesses at the property include Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, a 14-screen movie theater with 600 seats. There is also Manhatta, a restaurant and bar operated by Union Square Hospitality Group.

About the New Additions to 28 Liberty
Recent additions include Starbucks and Madman Espresso locations, along with an expanded Court 16 facility.
Starbucks has opened a 1,356-square-foot location on 28 Liberty’s ground floor. The store offers the brand’s full food and beverage menu along with customer seating.
Madman Espresso also opened on the building’s ground floor. The new store takes over a 956-square-foot space, offering specialty coffee and pastries for tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community.
Court 16 FiDi at 28 Liberty has expanded by 7,000 square feet, bringing its total space to 17,000 square feet. The tennis and pickleball club now has eight playing areas and has also renewed its long-term lease at the building.
The expanded Court 16 includes two new USTA-sanctioned 44-foot courts and permanent indoor pickleball courts, a Babolat pro shop, and a Ligne Roset lounge. It also includes specialized courts for its Kids Tennis Academy. The additional space will also support tournaments, workshops, and community programs.
