Restaurateur and entrepreneur Jay Trikha is planning the debut of another new restaurant concept in Savannah. Described as a “fusion restaurant and nightlife concept” in a blog post by the Wright Group, Elsewhere will open at 18 E. Bay St. late this year.
The new restaurant will be “centered on South European and Mediterranean flavors, presented in a tapas-style, fusion format.”
“Hospitality veteran Jay Trikha is developing Elsewhere, an ~8,000 SF multi-room premium lounge concept on East Bay Street in Savannah’s Historic District. The model blends daytime dining with evening membership-style social access across tiered spaces,” said coverage by Pier Commercial published earlier this year. “This isn’t just another restaurant. It’s a layered, access-driven, experience-first environment built to diversify revenue beyond traditional food and beverage.”
Opening in the East Bay Street location, Elsewhere will join a restaurant community that includes Vic’s on the River, Wet Willie’s, and more near the Savannah Riverwalk.
