New Restaurants Opening Across Metro Atlanta

Chops Lobster Bar
Chops Lobster Bar is opening a new location in Atlanta. The restaurant will be part of Medley, a mixed-use development in Johns Creek, and will join a 150-key lifestyle hotel planned for 2028.
Chops Lobster Bar is an award-winning fine dining institution known for its top-tier USDA Prime steaks and fresh seafood. The restaurant will also operate a bar in the hotel lobby.

Park Bench
Park Bench is planning to open its second location at Centennial Yards. The location will feature live music and dueling piano shows. An opening timeline for the new location has not been announced yet.
Park Bench is a popular live music and nightlife venue in Atlanta that has been running for over three decades. The venue has hosted Atlanta artists, including Zac Brown.

Thai Candle
Thai Candle is planning to open at The Forum Peachtree Corners. It will be located at 5155 Peachtree Pkwy, Suite 320. The restaurant will bring Thai cuisine to the neighborhood, but its opening timeline remains unclear.
Thai Candle is known for its focus on Northern Thai cuisine made from the freshest seafood. Its signature dishes capture the essence of Thai culinary traditions. It has an existing location in Alpharetta, which opened in 2025.

Linton’s Bar & Grill
Linton’s Bar & Grill is a new concept planned for Buckhead Village. The restaurant will join Buckhead Center along Peachtree Road. It will take over a 7,000-square-foot space and is targeting a late spring opening in 2027.
Linton’s Bar & Grill is a new concept by Chef Linton Hopkins. It is the latest to join the Hopkins and Company portfolio, which is helmed by Chef Hopkins and his wife Gina. The new restaurant will offer options for to-go and dine-in service.

Fit for a Cookie
Fit for a Cookie is opening its newest location along the Beltline. The local cookie spot will be joining the Common Ground development. It will take over a 500-square-foot space in the development, targeting a March 2027 opening.
Fit for a Cookie was opened by Craig Bravo as an online store. The business soon grew, and Bravo opened his flagship store in Colony Square.

Fish & Chicken
Fish & Chicken is a new concept that is in the works by the team behind Collins Family Foods & BBQ. It will open at 219 W. Wilson Street in Villa Rica in early November. The concept aims to bring something fun but still simple to the neighborhood.
Fish & Chicken is owned by Joe Collins and will have Chef Deluka McCain Sr. to head up the restaurant. It will seat 35 guests inside and will offer some outdoor seating.

Olive’s Frozen Yogurt
Olive’s Frozen Yogurt is a new concept heading to the Beltline. It is opening at the Common Ground development, targeting a spring 2027 opening. Other concepts joining the development include Spread Bagelry and Fit for a Cookie.
Olive’s Frozen Yogurt is co-owned by Shoba Zaidi and is named after Zaidi’s dog, Olive. It promises a house-made base that is crafted fresh daily from locally sourced Georgia farms.
