A new fast-casual arrival is getting ready to welcome Collierville diners. Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe is “bringing bold flavors, scratch-made food, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel right at home” to the area, with an opening planned in the not-too-distant future.
The restaurant is bringing its signature fare to 1395 W Poplar Avenue, #106. Though Taziki’s does not yet have an opening date available for its upcoming Collierville home, the restaurant’s Facebook page recently went live and has been drumming up excitement for its arrival. A September 22 post clues future regulars in on what they can anticipate, saying: “Think warm pita, fresh-marinated proteins, crisp salads, and a whole lot of Mediterranean goodness — all made daily, just for you.”
Taziki’s Collierville specific page states that the storefront will be opening in the late autumn, suggesting that residents may be able to stop in before the year is over.
Taziki’s is not a stranger to Memphis-area diners. The chain has locations open and operational in Germantown, Bartlett, Arlington, and East Memphis.
Founded in 1998, the Mediterranean concept is poised to become a vital part of the Collierville community. Taziki’s Facebook page displays its commitment to becoming a good neighbor, saying: “Enjoy a relaxing Mediterranean meal on our large patio or community table, then head to nearby Malco Collierville Cinema for a movie and a meal. We can’t wait to welcome you like family.”
