Frankies Bikinis is preparing to open its first Texas store in Dallas. The Malibu, California-based swimwear brand will occupy 1,511 square feet at 2051 N. Henderson Ave., according to the Dallas Business Journal.

An exact opening date for the store has not been announced. The store will be part of a retail district taking shape along a previously vacant stretch of East Dallas. Its opening will mark Frankies Bikinis’ first location in Texas.

Frankies Bikinis is known for its women’s swimwear, lingerie, apparel and resort-inspired pieces. The brand operates stores in several markets, including California, Florida, Illinois, New York and Massachusetts, as well as Washington, D.C.

What Now Dallas reached out to Frankies Bikinis representatives for additional information about the upcoming store but did not receive a response before publication.

The Henderson Avenue store is among several retail concepts announced for the development, led by 3-O Real Estate Partners. Most stores are expected to open in March or April 2027, although some could open earlier.

Mark Masinter, co-founder of 3-O Real Estate Partners, said the project remains on schedule for delivery in mid-November.
