Born in the state of Idaho, Bob’s Caribbean BBQ is a food truck serving up Jamaican cuisine. After its Idaho run, the food truck is preparing to hit the streets in Central Florida.
“We are husband & wife owned with a dream brought to reality bringing the islands to you with authentic Jamaican food & baked goods to your dinner table. Come take a trip to the Caribbean with us! We are closed in Idaho and moving to Central Florida Soon,” says the food truck’s Facebook page.
The specific location (or locations) where Bob’s Caribbean BBQ will set up shop have not yet been revealed. But submitted plan review documents place the truck’s home base in Winter Haven, while the Facebook page places it in Poinciana, which means its safe to say that, if you’re in Polk County, you should be keeping an eye out!
What Now reached out owners Bob and Adrienne Dennis this week to ask about plans for the launch. The Dennises were not immediately available for comment, but stay tuned for updates as more details come to light.
In the meantime you can keep up with all things Bob’s Caribbean BBQ by following the food truck on Facebook.
