Siegel’s Bagelmania is preparing to open its next bagel shop. Signs at its new Boca Park location say the opening is “coming soon.” The new Siegel’s Bagelmania is expected to open at 730 South Rampart Blvd.
The new Siegel’s Bagelmania will open next door to Pinkbox in Angel Park Lindell. Both Pinkbox and Siegel’s Bagelmania are key brands in Las Vegas-based hospitality and food-and-beverage collection Amazing Brands, founded by Stephen Siegel in 2008.
The opening of the new Siegel’s Bagelmania has been long awaited. Different opening dates have been announced in the past, but we suspect that the new bagel shop will open before the end of this year.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Siegel, who confirmed the opening. The Amazing Brands team later said they’re not ready yet to share an opening date, but assured us the opening is coming soon. Unfortunately, the team was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Since 2018, Siegel’s has evolved its menu with a mix of old and new recipes, opened a second location in Harry Reid International Airport, and moved out of the small 2,000 square-foot old deli space on E.Twain,” the Siegel’s Bagelmania website reads.
“The brand-new flagship is a 10,000 square-foot restaurant and delicatessen next door to the newly built Las Vegas Convention Center.”
The historic Las Vegas Jewish delicatessen and bakery opened in 1989 as Harrie’s Bagelmania. Starting as a small, traditional deli (about 2,000 square feet) on East Twain Avenue and Swenson Street, the brand’s local founder was inspired by classic Los Angeles-style delis, and it quickly became a local staple for New York-style boiled bagels and Jewish comfort food.
Longtime customers Stephen and Judith Siegel—who had frequented the shop for 15 years—purchased the business in 2018 when the previous owner decided to sell. They renamed it Siegel’s Bagelmania and began updating the menus and recipes. The menu now includes more than 20 varieties of bagels baked fresh nightly, house-whipped “shmears,” scratch-made traditional soups (including a signature 100-year-old chicken noodle recipe), lox platters, and an integrated Pinkbox Doughnuts pop-up counter.

“It’s been a local hidden gem behind the glitz and glamour of The Strip, where the “who’s who” of Vegas gather for our from-scratch recipes and house-made breads, bagels, and pastries,” the brand’s website reads.
“Bagelmania is a timeless eatery that caters to everyone and strives to be the most craveable delicatessen and bakery in Sin City. Located right next to the new Las Vegas Convention Center, with another stand-alone deli inside Harry Reid Airport Terminal 1 in Las Vegas.”
The original Twain Avenue building closed to make way for a massive, state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot flagship location next to the Las Vegas Convention Center on Convention Center Drive. The retro-modern diner and bakery features seating for 200 guests, a full bar featuring slot machines, a private dining room, and an expansive deli/market counter.
No word just yet on what we can expect at the new Boca Park Siegel’s Bagelmania. But we’re sure all will be revealed soon. So keep your ears perked and your eyes peeled for the latest.
Siegel’s Bagelmania is anticipated to open in Boca Park at 730 South Rampart Blvd later this year.
