Denver’s design scene is set to welcome a new showroom as ModMobili prepares to expand its presence in the city, bringing a curated selection of contemporary furniture, lighting and accessories to a new space.
The company’s website says the showroom is expected to open in early 2027. French furniture brand Ligne Roset also lists the upcoming ModMobili location in Denver, identifying the area as ZIP code 80202. A street address and opening date have not yet been announced.
Founded by Jonathan Auty in 2012, ModMobili connects customers and design professionals with furniture and objects selected for modern residential, commercial and hospitality spaces. Rather than focusing on a single style or manufacturer, the business works with an assortment of international brands spanning furniture, lighting, outdoor furnishings and accessories.
Its collections include seating, dining tables, modular storage, upholstered pieces and decorative objects. Brands available through ModMobili include Ligne Roset, Fritz Hansen, Wendelbo, Norr11, Ingo Maurer and Vondom.
The range offers different approaches to contemporary design, from Ligne Roset’s modern French furniture to Fritz Hansen’s Scandinavian-inspired pieces and Ingo Maurer’s distinctive lighting. Outdoor collections and accessories also feature in the selection, giving customers options for both indoor and exterior spaces.
ModMobili serves individual customers as well as architects, interior designers and other professionals working on residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Its services include helping clients source products, check availability, compare finishes and find suitable alternatives for specific projects.
For someone furnishing a home, that can mean finding a standout chair or sofa, choosing lighting to suit a room, or coordinating furniture and accessories across an entire space. The company also supports larger projects that require sourcing across multiple rooms or commercial settings.
The planned showroom will give customers another opportunity to explore the brand selection in person and discuss design options with the team. ModMobili currently lists its existing business address at 1203 24th Street, Denver, CO 80205, but that address has not been confirmed as the location of the upcoming showroom.
The new space will add to Denver’s selection of contemporary furniture and design destinations, with a focus on international brands and personalized sourcing for homes and professional interiors.
ModMobili is targeting an early 2027 opening. Additional details, including the new showroom’s street address, have not yet been announced.
