A new wellness destination opening early next year in St. Pete will combine fitness classes, heated and non-heated yoga, and a substantial retail component, with supplements and other wellness supplies. It’s called Rosemary House, and it will open on the ground floor of the Saltaire building.

“There will be a curated wellness store attached,” a representative told What Now on Thursday. “We’ll have supplements, skin care, hair care, deodorants, household cleaners—all made with clean and organic ingredients. You can take a class and browse the shop, so that wellness isn’t just something in the studio; it’s also something you bring home.”

Launching in a 1,500-square-foot space with large windows admitting plenty of natural light, Rosemary House will offer four different class types: Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa Flow, Mat Pilates, and Yin Yoga.

“We want to provide a sanctuary,” the representative said.

No opening date has been announced yet. Rosemary House expects to receive permits to start construction in the coming week, with about 3 months’ duration expected for the construction process. An early 2027 launch is the target.

“We love this area,” the representative said. “There’s so much growth in St. Pete, and a great small business community. People really support small business and that’s why we decided to take this jump. We hope to expand someday, but for now we’re just really excited to get open.”
